To design a self-guided application experience supported by clear UX copy and structured technical documentation, improving usability and reducing dependency on support teams.

Project Challenge
The existing system faced several challenges, including fragmented documentation that made it difficult for users to find accurate information, and inconsistent UX copy across application pages, which led to confusion and a lack of cohesive user experience.
Additionally, there was a high dependency on support teams for onboarding, indicating that users were unable to navigate the system independently. These issues were further compounded by the absence of centralized content governance, resulting in inconsistencies in content quality, tone, and maintenance across the platform.

Smart Solution

Content Strategy & UX Writing
I led the content strategy and UX writing efforts by designing end-to-end content for a self-guided application, ensuring users could navigate the platform independently. This included creating clear, concise, and consistent UX copy across all application pages, improving usability and reducing friction. I also defined tone, voice, and content patterns in alignment with branding guidelines, establishing a cohesive and user-centric communication style throughout the product.
Documentation & Knowledge Systems
I authored comprehensive technical documentation supported by annotated screenshots, ensuring adherence to established style guides and review processes. In addition to creating new content, I standardized and enhanced existing licensed and legacy documentation to improve clarity and consistency. I also managed version control and the overall content lifecycle, ensuring documentation remained accurate, up-to-date, and easily maintainable.

Research & Analysis
I conducted in-depth analysis of client business requirements through document reviews and workflow/process mapping. This helped identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. I translated these insights into structured content frameworks and intuitive user flows, ensuring that both the application and its documentation aligned with real user needs and business objectives.
